Cat Policy
At Wilson Acres, pets are always welcome! For cats, each unit is limited to two (2) cats. Each cat requires a $100 non refundable pet fee due at lease signing. For each cat in the unit, you will be assessed an additional $10 per month.
Dog Policy
For dogs, there is also a maximum of 2 pets per home. The pet fee is $100 per dog for dogs weighing less than 35 lbs and $300 per dog for dogs up to 80 lbs. In addition to the pet fee, for each dog in your unit it costs an extra $10 per month. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs with a few exceptions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf or Dingo Hybrids.
